AIRSTABLISHMENT is fast on track to becoming Cape Town’s very own exclusive accommodation platform! We will be launching our platform later this year (2020), and will be catering for hosts based in CAPE TOWN only.

Airstablishment is a South African company based in Cape Town, that provides/sources accommodation on behalf of our clients.

Airstablishment has a strong social media presence and a great marketing team that has enabled us to reach hundreds of clients on a monthly basis.

We have grown rapidly and steadily since our launch 4 months ago. We are currently in the process of establishing our own accommodation online platform.

Airstablishment does not act as a middle man, but rather a service similar to airbnb but with a twist. We also work very closely with the guest as well, as they entrust us to source them accommodation.

Our aim is to be the biggest and fastest growing accommodation platform in Cape Town. As we are based in CT, it makes it a lot easier to verify properties and work alongside property owners.

OUR SERVICE WILL SOLELY BE TO:

List your property on our sites
Free marketing on all of our social media platforms (including FB & Google ADS)
Work hand in hand with the owner with regards to availability
Verify and screen all the guests

FINANCE

It is 100% FREE to sign up. There are genuinely no hidden costs or surprises involved.
We charge 5% for a completed reservation, we only charge you once the guest has completed the reservation
We pay out immediately once the payment has been made, you do not have to wait until the guest checks out or until month end to be paid

PROCESS

Once you sign up, an agent from airstablishment will contact you and run your listing alongside you. They will be in charge of the marketing of your listing and also work hand in hand with you.

You will basically be receiving your own property advisor in a sense, but not only that, you will have someone that physically markets your listing to all of our clients

You will be assigned a dedicated listing manager that handles your listing with regards to marketing from our end. Please note, it will not be the managing of the establishment, but rather the management of the back end marketing and admin from our side.

Our guest requests accommodation via airstablishment , we then send it out to all of our property listing managers and they then offer your listing to the guest if it matches the requirements of said guest.
