Our 3-bedroom self-catering holiday house is situated just one block away from the Strand’s “Golden Mile” beach, hence a 2-minute leisurely stroll to the pristine waters of one of the Western Cape’s safest, cleanest beaches.
Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the Lourens River and a 10-minute walk to the immaculate Strand Golf Course. A holiday ideal for all family members – something to do for all ages.

Bedroom 1 is a large room with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a large family room with 1 tri-bunk bed and 1 double bunk beds. The living area is equipped with 2 very cumfy double sleeper couches.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Full main bathroom. TV and Dstv in living room. Indoor fireplace. Outdoor braai. Spacious front yard with tree house and swing and lots of room for kids to play. Safe secure parking space for up to 5 cars.

The high boundary walls and alarm system makes the house very secure and private. Access onto the property and into the house is wheelchair-friendly. Pets are very welcome by prior arrangement. The entire house is available to guests. You and your family and friends have the house to yourselves. Very private.
