One of the services that we offer is the establishment of spaces for short term rental. Airstablishment identify spaces that are not being used to their fullest potential and work with property owners and hosts to turn it into a profitable short term rental that can generate income for years into the future.

After a consultation with Airstablishment, one of our experts will be sent out to view and assess your potential short term rental space. We will identify certain changes, if any, that need to be done in order for the space to be in an optimal state for short term renting. Airstablishment will work with you as the property owner or host to address the issues that the space might have so that the it would be more appealing for those looking for short term rentals.
In some cases, you may have an area that’s just an incomplete shell, a blank canvas. If so, we will work with the space to make it ready for short term renting.
Establishment includes:
- All major or minor construction work.
- Furnishing the space.
- Setting up security.
The costs involved will be discussed with the property owner or host before the commencement of any work begins. Together, we will create a space that people would want to be spend their time in, a space that feels like home away from home.
Management
Not only does Airstablishment establish short term rentals, but we also offer management services for these rentals!
How it works
Airstablishment has a dedicated team who will manage your short term rental once established. The team will take full control of all aspects of the rental, from liaising with clients 24/7, to listing your space on all of the popular websites, to having a professional cleaning crew come through after each successful booking. These, among other aspects, are important things that allow you as the owner to simply enjoy the fruits of our labour and your freshly established space.
All Administration work and management will be handled by Airstablishment. Any issues that arise will be immediately be dealt with and we will ensure that the rental space is kept 100% clean at all times.
Guests will be screened prior to acceptance of the booking. We will also do reports both before and after each booking, to ensure that nothing has been taken or damaged.
Management includes:
- Liaising with the guests.
- Cleaning of the space once the guest has checked out.
- Restocking of all the necessary amenities.
- Handling any repairs and maintenance needs through our dedicated maintenance team.
- Professional photographer and videographer to capture your stay.
- Coordinating check in & check outs as well as key exchanges with guests.
- Complete management of your short term rental’s online profile.
- Growing your rental income and maximizing the amount of days booked.
Your guests will receive 5-star service from the start to the end of their stay with us. They will be treated with wonderful amenities upon arrival such as delicious snacks and a bottle of champagne. Airstablishment will also recommend restaurants and activities to take part in and around your area to ensure that your guests have the best possible experience while staying in your short term rental.
We do the following for your guests:
- Provide 24/7 support should they have any questions or need directions to your stay.
- Provide a quality experience during their stay.
- Assist guests with a list of activities in and around your stay.
What costs are involved?
Establishment
Airstablishment charges a once off total cost for the establishment of the short term rentals, which will be negotiated with the client.
Management
Airstablishment charges a 17.5% Management fee. This percentage will come from each booking made for the space.
