The 1st floor consists of the main bedroom and ensuite as well as a lounge area leading out to the pool and patio which boasts amazing views of false bay and the Helderberg city. You can also make use of the pool while looking at the beautiful scenery all around you.
The 2nd floor consist of the spacious main living area, lounge, kitchen , dining area and 4 bedrooms, 2 of which is facing the ocean, the other 2 facing the mountain. The braai room is on the 3rd floor, boasting spectacular views of all of Gordon’s Bay and it’s blue flag beach. There is a separate flatlet attached to the house which is up as its own listing and can be booked together with the house if need be.
Establishment has a double garage, and outside parking space for 3 cars You will be able to access the entire establishment, except the separate apartment if you chose not to book it Establishment consists of a beautiful foyer which to the Main entertainment area & outside pool, as well as the Main bedroom.
