Accommodation Etiquette _COVID-19

As we approach the next phase of our lockdown in South Africa, we are faced with various questions.

South Africa will go from level 5 lockdown to level 4 from 1st of May 2020. Although this is good news for many, a lot of individuals and businesses still doesn’t feel it is enough.

The hospitality industry is taking perhaps one of the biggest knocks as things can only start to go back to normal once the entire pandemic is under control.

Unfortunately, guest houses aren’t allowed to open its doors just yet as it still poses a risk to our country.
For this reason, we will not be taking in any guests until given the go ahead from government.

We will however start taking bookings from 1st of July, as this would give us all enough time to see what happens and how the levels progresses.

The bookings will be done on a voucher basis. This means that you will be purchasing a voucher from us with the dates you require.

This will apply to all of the properties managed by Airstablishment as well as our partners

Below is an example of how the voucher will look

Our COVID Establishment Etiquette

A social distance of 1m will be maintained between managers and guests at all times
Masks will be compulsory when entering our establishment as well as hand sanitizers.

Hand sanitisers will be provided at every establishment but it is also required that guests have travel sized hand sanitiser bottles when travelling to stores, etc
